While Bookaway manages most reservations directly, there are cases where your booking is either assisted by another company or redirected to a different website. The easiest way to find out who manages your booking is by looking at the Contact options in your Booking confirmation email.
Here is what the 3 different options mean for your support options and payment:
When Bookaway manages your reservation
The majority of reservations completed on our website are managed by Bookaway. This will be mentioned on the payment page before you will complete your booking. See an example below:
Here's how it works:
- Payment: Your payment is processed by Bookaway and we handle your invoice requests.
- Customer Support: Any questions or issues related to your booking will be handled by our Bookaway Customer Support team. Contact is available in your Booking confirmation email, on your Booking management page, or on our website.
- Booking Confirmation: By completing your reservation, you will accept Bookaway's Terms and Privacy Policy and will receive your booking confirmation directly from Bookaway.
When Another Company Assists with Your Reservation (Assisted Booking)
In some instances, we offer assisted reservations, where Bookaway works with a third party to enable your booking. This will be mentioned on the payment page before you will complete your booking. See an example below:
Here's how it works:
- Payment: Your payment will be processed by the third-party company, and they will manage your invoice requests.

Customer Support:
- The third-party provider’s Customer Support team is your primary contact for any booking questions or issues. Their details are available on your Booking Confirmation email and Booking Management page.
- If you have trouble getting support from our partner, Bookaway is here to help. While we don’t typically manage these reservations, we recognize how important it is to get assistance when needed. If necessary, we will step in and coordinate with our partners on your behalf to move things forward.
- Booking Confirmation: By completing your reservation, you will accept Bookaway's Terms and Privacy Policy as well as the third-party Terms, and will receive your booking confirmation directly from Bookaway.
When Your Booking is Redirected to Another Website
In some cases, you might find a great deal on Bookaway and be redirected to another website to complete your booking. This happens when Bookaway connects you to a third-party site to complete the reservation.
Here's how this works:

Payment: Your payment and booking will be completed on the third-party website.
Confirmation: The booking confirmation and all communication will come directly from that other company, not Bookaway. - Customer Support: Since the booking is finalized on the third-party site, all support will be handled by that company and Bookaway will not be able to assist. Please see your Booking confirmation to see your contact options.
- Booking Confirmation: The confirmation will also be provided by the third-party website.
Before you are redirected, Bookaway will clearly indicate that you are leaving our site to complete your reservation on a different platform.
